The Sales Bridge CRM is a tool which provides the management of the pre-sale process.
Originally it was planned to be the whole scale CRM.
But due to the company strategic restructuring another software application was taking control over the after sale process which includes boarding deployment and technical assistance and support.
Screen #2. Lead Entry.
This one is a desktop version. Though it’s a responsive page there also was a mobile app for entering the lead data. It was used by field agents.
Screen #3. Leads queue.
As soon as an agent enters the lead it queue in this list for processing.
Now a booker – a person who books appointments – will contact a business owner to set up an appointment.
A booker sets a date and time and since this moment the lead converts to the appointment.
Screen #4. Appointment Entry.
The leads which come through another sources (Phone queue) can be entered as an appointments right away, skipping the lead entry process.

In order to speed up data entry process the call to Yellow Pages API attempts to find the data by phone # and populate the form.
Screen #6. Appointment Entry. Booking the appointment.
Booker finds available sales rep and checks his/her schedule to set up an appointment.
Screen #7. Appointments Queue.
Once the appointment is booked it goes into the queue.
Manager controls the queue making the upcoming appointment visible to a sales rep.
Once manager switches the appointment visible the notification with the appointment data, the map and directions is sent to the sales rep.
